Overview

We are looking for a chef de partie to join our fun and friendly team cooking modern British and European cuisine for up to 100 covers per service.

Located between Shepherds Bush and Hammersmith, close to tube, bus and rail links.

Our kitchen team work 48 hours per week (7 shifts)

We are offering £23-25K for the chef de partie.

Our menus change on a regular basis offering high quality seasonal British and European cuisine, we produce everything fresh on site.

Working in a well-stocked kitchen with a team of 7 chefs.

As chef de partie you will work across all sections of the kitchen, manage demi and commis chefs, follow company standards and lead your section.

Training and growth opportunities will be given along with input into menus and dally specials.
