We are looking for a strong and enthusiastic chef de partie for a very cool member’s only restaurant offering modern British seasonal menus.
Located in Covet Garden we work 50 hours per week, offering a salary of £24-28K paid hourly. We work 6 -7 shifts per week and can finish as late as midnight on occasions.
We cater for a 50 seat restaurant form a well-stocked modern, open kitchen.
All our food is produced fresh on site using high quality seasonal ingredients, on menus change on a regular basis with the chef de partie having input into daily specials.
Working in a team of 15 chefs the chef de partie will initially be responsible for the sauce section and will gain experience across all areas of the kitchen.
Previous experience at a chef de partie level is required.
