A Chef de partie position has become available in the corporate dining markek and offering Monday to Friday hours!

This chef de partie will fit well within a strong team of hospitality & fine dining chefs. The chef de partie will report into a sous and head chef while working in a total brigade of 7 chefs.

This particular site is run by a leading food & hospitality specialist and offers fine dining & hospitality style menus of the highest standard.

Within the catering department:

  • A 30 seater a la carte restaurant
  • Full plated dining offer within Client dining Rooms
  • 22 Meeting rooms for hospitality lunches
  • Conference area for breakfast meetings, conference lunches and canapé receptions

The chef de partie will currently be a strong chef de partie looking for a new challenge. You need to be strong on all main kitchen sections and be forward thinking, passionate and full of new ideas.

A very good salary is on offer along with paid overtime, Monday to Friday working hours, 28 days annual leave including all bank holidays off.
