Overview

We are looking for a chef de partie to join our team cooking refined modern British and European rosette standard cuisine.

Located in East London within easy access to transport links.

Our team work 40 hours per week with a mix of early and late shifts.

We offer a salary of £26-28K plus tips.

The chef de partie will get the opportunity to work across all sections of the kitchen.

We produce everything fresh on site using high quality seasonal and locally sauced produce.

Opportunity for growth, development and progression will be given to the right candidate.

The successful pastry chef de partie will have a stable background in 5 star hotels, members clubs or high quality restaurants.
