We need a chef de partie to join our brigade of 12 chefs cooking high quality rosette standard modern British cuisine for up to 100 covers per service from a recently renovated state of the art kitchen.

Located in South Kensington we work 7 shifts per week.

Our menus change every 2 weeks and use the very best seasonal produce. Our team produce everything fresh on site and have lots of input into new menus and specials.

The chef de partie will get training on all sections of the kitchen and will work closely with the head chef and sous chef.
