Overview

We are looking for Chef de Parties to join or professional team cooking fine dining modern Italian cuisine for VIP clientele.

  • Located in Mayfair
  • Salary package £25-28K depending on experience
  • Paid overtime
  • 7 Shifts per week

Our menus change on a regular basis reflecting the seasons. We only use the very best seasonal produce sauced from across Italy and the UK.

We produce everything fresh on site from pasta to ice cream in a large, well equipped and modern kitchen.

The Chef de Parite will be joining a brigade of 18 chefs cooking for an 80 seater restaurant.

As Chef de Parite you will get the opportunity to work across all sections of the kitchen.

We give the Chef de Partie dedicated hands on training and offer progression and promotion opportunity’s.

Previous background in Italian/Mediterranean rosette standard restaurants is required.
