Chef De Partie – British Brasserie
In the heart of Marylebone our client offers the finest seasonal, organic and local produce for the 100 cover British Brasserie and Chefs Counter with Essex Oysters, Shellfish and Smoked meats from local farms. The Chefs work 7 shifts per week with the earliest start 9am and the latest finish 11pm, any extra shift will be paid as overtime. This role would suit a chef with a real interest in good quality, honest, fresh food. The Head Chef leads a team of 12 Chefs who are all regularly moved onto different sections of Main Kitchen to build skills.
Great basic salary up to £26,000
Tips on average £110 – £140 per month
Paid overtime for extra shifts
7 shifts per week / 48 hours per week
