We are looking for a chef de partie to join our team in a 5 star luxury hotel consisting of 2 restaurants, bars and events facilities.
Located in Epsom (South West London) we have parking on site and offer a free shuttle bus to local rail stations.
Our kitchen team work 6-7 shifts per week (50 hours) we are offering the chef de partie a salary package of £25,500.
The chef de partie will get the chance to work across both our restaurants offering Fine dining modern British cuisine and casual Mediterranean brasserie as well as extensive events facilities.
We offer dedicated training and growth opportunities within the hotel, the chef de partie will gain training across all sections and will be given a clear career path to future promotions.
Previous experience working in a fresh food environment is essential, qualifications such as NVQ’s and equivalent would be a bonus.
