We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join a strong and professional team of 18 chefs in a well-stocked and spacious kitchen cooking highly seasonal Modern British menus for up to 100 covers per service.

  • Located 5 minutes’ walk from Victoria train station
  • Salary package of £27,500
  • Paid Overtime
  • 7 Shifts per week – 50 hour contract

We work closely with local suppliers farmers and producers using high quality seasonal produce.

All our food is prepared fresh on site including game and meat butchery.

The Chef de Partie will work across all sections of the kitchen and will receive hands on training and guidance from our head and exec chef’s to progress and develop their careers.

We offer the Chef de Partie a competitive salary package of £27,500 for 7 shifts per week. We pay every extra hour worked in overtime!!!!
