We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our brigade of 18 chefs within the kitchen of our renowned 4 star hotel.
The successful Chef de Partie will be offered a starting salary of up to £23,000 – this in exchange for a 4 day working week (3 days off every week)
With all dishes being created on site using fresh, seasonal produce, we are looking for a Chef de Partie with a passion for fresh food and the ability to create and develop new menu ideas.
This position will provide the successful Chef de Partie with the opportunity to improve their butchery and fish prep skills as all are done in house.
The successful Chef de Partie will begin life on the veg/garnish sections, as well as overseeing the running of other sections within the kitchen.
The ideal Chef de Partie will have experience working within a large hotel, though this is not an essential requirement.
