We are looking for a full time butcher to join our team.

The butcher will work flexible hours and will be responsible for leasing with our farmer to arrange slaughter and delivery of whole beef and lamb caucuses. The butcher will also work closely with the chefs to use every cut of meat and develop suitable recipes and cooking techniques.

Our onsite butchery prepare everything including, bacon, sausages and aged cuts of meat (hung in our own hanging room)

We cater for a very popular and well respected restaurant cooking nose to tail British cuisine as well as a very busy events venue.

The ideal butcher will have previous experience working with whole caucuses. Working hours will be predominantly Monday to Friday daytime based though there will be opportunity’s to be involved in events and butchery classes
