Overview

This is a very successful pop-up restaurant in London’s Covent Garden. The business have secured their first permanent site also in Covent Garden and are on schedule to open in July 2018.

The restaurant will have 80 seats over 2 floors and will be an all-day dining concept. My client are now looking to recruit an exciting and innovative Bar Manager to lead a small team in developing and creating drinks menu. Working with a small wine and spirit list with emphasis on quality craft cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks to include innovative smoothies that will combine some of the Chefs main recipes.

Creative mixology
Rota and budget management
Stock control and dealing with suppliers
Drink and food pairing
Recruitment & training
Opening and closing of the bar

The Bar Manager will work 5 straight shifts and will have a 48 hour contract. Reporting directly to the GM, the Bar Manager will have full creative input on all the beverage and be able to deliver exceptional service.
