We are looking for a Senior Sous Chef to join our Banqueting team within the kitchen of our iconic London hotel.

The salary on offer for the successful Sous Chef is £37,000.

As a Sous Chef within our Banqueting Team you will be required to organise the brigade each day ensuring that mise en place is running to schedule, and that all areas are kept clean and tidy. Menu input and creative freedom will be limited, but there will be plenty of involvement on the kitchen managements side – all HACCP< Allergen, COSHH and Health & Safety procedures will fall under your jurisdiction. We are looking for someone with a background in this.

We are looking for a Sous Chef with a passion for fresh food – whilst this role will focus on Banqueting, we prepare all dishes on site using fresh produce. We create dishes that push boundaries in terms of event food, working closely with oven-manufacturers to ensure that we utilise all aspects of equipment available to us.

The right Sous Chef will have a hotel or events background, and be keen to join a loyal, forward thinking team of banqueting chefs.
