Overview

We are looking for a banqueting sous chef to lead and run high quality events and functions for 50 – 1000 guests.

Located in South West London, within easy access to London Underground and national rail links.

Joining a team of 26 chefs we work 45 hours per week and offer a salary of £35-40K, we also offer great pension and healthcare benefits and annual pay rises.

The venue consists of multiple events, wedding and function spaces as well as 2 restaurants, bar and hotel rooms.

The sous chef will be responsible for leading events, managing prep and production and will work closely with events planners and sales teams to deliver tastings and bespoke menus.

The ideal sous chef will have a background in 5 star hotels or large events catering.
