Our client is one of the most renowned, 5* hotels in central London, with an extensive and diverse Food & Beverage and Conference & Events operation.  They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Assistant Conference & Banqueting Manager for their extremely busy, and prestigious Events department which includes a luxurious 375 seat ballroom.

 

We are therefore looking to recruit a finished article, exceptionally well-groomed and spoken Assistant Conference & Banqueting Manager, who can demonstrate a stable and progressive background to their current role of Assistant Conference & Banqueting Manager gained in 5* London hotels.

 

This is a key role, reporting to the Banqueting & Events Manager and responsible for managing ther delivery of a wide range of high profile Conference & Banqueting events within this dedicated department of the hotel.

 

This role is very much a ‘hands-on’ Food & Beverage led, client & guest focused role.  Our client will therefore only consider applications from experienced Assistant Conference & Banqueting Managers, with strong leadership and people management skills, coupled with the ability to inspire and develop their team in a busy and demanding environment.
