You will have excellent people management and guest service skills and will possess the skills to motivate your team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience as Assistant Front Office Manager and will be willing to take on a challenge in this island location. You will be comfortable with having a constant presence amongst your guests and will have an outgoing personality.
